How do I receive my WIMU art purchase?

Once you've completed your order, we'll notify you that the item is on its way! Every art purchase is mailed - sealed and protected - in a hard-surface poster tube.
(the only case you'll receive a damaged print is if a meteor from outer space crashed into the poster tube.)

What are the specifications of WIMU art?

Our art pieces are printed on thick, durable, matte paper in museum-quality settings. Our paper is acid-free archival paper (which will last until aliens invade Earth). With our highly accurate colours and ink coverage, your print will feel velvety and look exactly like the picture. Best of all, the black areas and lines will look deep, dark, and rich!

How do I clean my Amulets & Necklaces?

We go above and beyond to provide only the highest quality for our customers. If taken care of, your products will last you a lifetime and not tarnish!
If you'd like to pass on your jewelry to your grand children one day, it would be best to follow this super fast & easy cleaning routine once a month: make a thick paste with 1/4 cup baking soda and 2 tablespoons water. Apply the jewelry with a damp sponge and gently rub, rinse, and buff dry. To polish the gold variants, cover with a light coating of baking soda, pour a bit of vinegar over it, and rinse clean.

Alternative method: gently scrub using a soft toothbrush with baby shampoo and water. Hard to reach spots? Use a Q-tip instead.

How do I remove the 'factory smell' from my jewelry?

99% of the time you will not face this issue (or 'nose' this issue - get it?). If you do not like the smell of the product, you can easily remove it with the following steps:

  1. Rub down with a cleaning cloth.
  2. Soak in hot water and white vinegar, or baking soda, or dish detergent and lemon juice.
  3. Polish with toothpaste.
  4. Gently rub down and any smell will be removed.

Why do some art pieces have little/no colour?

Our Black & White collection artworks is there to blend with black and white aesthetics - in tribute to our love for darkness, and the message of expressing beauty and positivity through dark lines and shades. Where does the Amulets & Necklaces come from?

Our Amulets & Necklaces collection is the creme de la creme of symbolic totems out there. It is curated by artists and suppliers from around the world. Our primary prerequisite to work with a new artist is the quality. Do you create jewelry, crystals or artwork? Where did the Manifestation Art collection come from?

WhereIsMyUniverse.com first launched in January 2016 as an art blog. Each post included an artwork and a fairytale/poem/story by @introducingmo. Manifestation Art includes the artworks that come from that fantasy background and have deeper meanings behind them. They are scenes from divine fairytales. Not to mention, the dark bohemian style - which is the signature aesthetic of WIMU classics.

Does WIMU do commissioned work?

Yes, we do! Mo, our head artist, is the go-to guy for commissions. You can have something customized for you in as little as 24 hours! Some of the things he has been commissioned to do include book covers/illustrations, portrait illustrations, poems, customized tattoos, social media illustrations (posts, covers), and more. Once you place an order, our team immediately starts hand printing/making your product - a process than takes 2 to 3 days to prepare and package. Once your product has been finalized with love, it's off to its new home!

What are your shipping methods?

We typically ship using USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx. Since WIMU jewelry is curated from partners, they might be personally shipped by the respective creators. We've made it easy for our customers by maintaining the same shipping times for all orders.

Too good to be true! All items in the store are free shipping?

Yes! We want to make your shopping experience as easy and hassle-free as possible and besides, who even likes to pay for shipping? In case of free item promotions, we cannot negotiate free shipping since our focus is to create the best possible offer on the item.

If I order a print and an accessory, will they arrive together?

Yes and No. You will only get Manifestation Art orders together. The rest depend on the shipping times of the respective supplier. Generally speaking, it's best to refer to our shipping schedule above to know when you'll receive each product.

Do you ship to all countries?

99% of the time, yes. There are very rare cases where our shipping partners cannot ship to a particular country, but we always do our best to make it work. If a product, for any reason, cannot make it to your country; we will immediately let you know and give you a full refund.

My jewelry is taking a while to ship?

Because we are a small and fast growing company, we sometimes guess wrong and sell-out of product sooner than expected.

If you can just hang with us, your product will usually be on its way to you within one or two weeks, often arriving in the warehouse as you read this. We will ship your item as soon as the product arrives. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as it ships along with your tracking number.
